What we service

What we do, one bench.

If we sold it, we service it. If we didn’t sell it but the OEM still supports it, we service it. If the OEM dropped support, we probably still keep parts. Ask.

Annual / scheduled calibration and repair

Factory-certified cylinders, automated bump benches. Cert dated within 7 days of dispatch.

Out-of-warranty repair

Older instruments where the OEM no longer supports them. We keep parts inventory for legacy models.

Warranty service

Authorized warranty work for select OEM partners. We handle the paperwork.

Ship it in. We diagnose free on intake and send you a firm quote within 24 hours. No work without approval.

Factory-certified cylinders

Every gas cylinder we use is calibrated and certified through a manufacturer-certified chain. Your cert is real and audit-ready.

OEM parts only

Sensors, pumps, batteries, displays — all factory parts, factory specs. We don’t source aftermarket parts on calibrated equipment.

Factory-trained technicians

Our techs are factory-trained by the OEM brands we carry. Authorized warranty work means real warranty work.

Digital service tracking

Every instrument gets a service ticket. You get email or portal updates at intake, diagnosis, parts, calibration, dispatch.

Cert dated within 7 days

Calibration certificates are dated within 7 days of dispatch. Auditors don’t flag stale dates, your team doesn’t lose downtime.
