How the WaterBox™ 100 Works

Contaminated water enters through the full 3" plumbing network and flows through up to four (4) 61" FRP Type 60 treatment tanks configured in series, parallel, or backwashing arrangements. Each tank holds application-specific media — granular activated carbon, ion exchange resin, or multi-media — selected to match site contaminants, and features easy-access top openings for inspection and media changeout.

Two 4-bag stainless-steel Sampson filter housings handle particulate pre-filtration ahead of the media tanks. The integrated control panel operates up to five pumps with high-level overflow protection and automated controls, all housed inside an insulated, climate-controlled marine-grade container.
