Can I rent a system instead of buying?
Yes. Most of our treatment systems are available for both rental and purchase. For short projects or emergency response, rental — with media and field support — is usually the better economics. We'll advise based on your project length.

How do you size the right system for my site?
We size around your contaminant profile, flow rate, and discharge target. Share any samples or analytical results you have — the more data, the tighter the system and media selection. If you don't have analysis yet, we can guide you on what to collect.

Is media included, and who handles changeouts?
Media (granular activated carbon, multi-media, specialty adsorbents) is supplied with the system and sized to your loading. We handle media changeouts and can provide field service and monitoring through the life of the project.

How fast can a system be deployed?
Our systems are skid-mounted or containerized and ship across North America on standard flatbeds — fork-liftable and crane-ready. Lead time depends on configuration and current fleet availability; emergency deployments are supported.

Will the treated water meet discharge regulations?
Systems are engineered to meet your discharge target — sewer, surface water, or reinjection — and we provide documentation for your project records. Final compliance depends on your permit limits, which we design around.

Do you support projects outside Quebec?
Yes. We build and service systems at our Montreal facility and deploy across Canada and the USA, supporting consultants, government, oil & gas, mining and construction clients continent-wide.
