Ladles for taking a liquid sample from a drum, keg or vessel and throwing the ladle away afterwards. SteriWare ladles are moulded in one piece to fit through a standard 2 in. lid bung, a common fitting on barrels and kegs, then packed in a cleanroom and individually bagged with full batch traceability. The blue PP and natural HDPE ladles are 260 mm long with a 48 mm cup; the natural PP ladle reaches 453 mm with a 43 mm cup; all come sterile (SAL 10⁻⁶) or not, 40 to a box. The ULTRA Ladle (50 ml) is HDPE meeting USP Class VI, sterile and double bagged for clean areas.

Will the ladle fit my drum?
The one-piece SteriWare ladles are made to pass through a standard 2 in. lid bung, which is fitted on many barrels and kegs. For open containers, the 453 mm natural PP ladle reaches deeper.
Sterile or non-sterile?
The blue PP, natural PP and HDPE ladles come sterile (SAL 10⁻⁶) or non-sterile; the ULTRA ladle is always sterile and double bagged, 25 to a box.
