Trays for holding, mixing and carrying samples and tools. The 316L deep trays are built for heavy-duty use in pharmaceutical, chemical and food plants: mirror polished to better than 0.5 µm Ra, with radiused corners for cleaning in line with GMP guidelines and deep sides that keep the contents in. The 304 General Purpose Tray (223 to 340 mm) and the flatter Instrument Tray (215 to 490 mm) are crevice free and come in four sizes each. The 316L Tablet Counting Triangle has an etched reference scale for counting round tablets. The single-use SteriWare Tray (3,000 ml, PP) is cleanroom moulded and individually bagged, sterile or not.

Lab tray FAQ

Deep tray, general-purpose or instrument tray?

A deep tray keeps loose material from spilling; a general-purpose tray (43 to 62 mm high) suits most bench work; an instrument tray (11 to 18 mm high) lays tools out flat.

Do the trays suit GMP areas?

The 316L deep trays are mirror polished with radiused corners so they clean easily in line with GMP guidelines, and the 304 trays are crevice free. For no cleaning at all, the SteriWare tray is used once.

What is the SteriWare tray used for?

Storing and mixing solutions, or holding clean items during a production campaign. It is moulded and packed in a cleanroom from FDA and EU 10/2011 conforming PP, 30 to a box.
