How the MiniFloc™ Works
The MiniFloc™ (Model ER-92-125) is a fully integrated batch wastewater separation system engineered and built by Environmental Remediation Equipment Inc. (ERE). Each cycle fills the mixing tank with wastewater, doses dry powdered flocculant from the integrated hopper, mixes the batch, and discharges to an on-skid screw filter that dewaters solids into mud cake while clarified effluent is released.
By using dry flocculant fed from an auger-driven hopper rather than liquid coagulant systems, the MiniFloc™ eliminates bulk chemical storage, reduces handling complexity, and delivers consistent dosing from one batch to the next. The skid-mounted format suits remediation projects, contained industrial yards, food processing operations, and fixed pretreatment installations with minimal civil works at the site.
