Ordering & Quotes

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our online store, by phone at 1-888-287-3732, or by emailing sales@ereinc.com. For custom configurations, volume pricing, or government procurement, request a quote and our sales team will respond within one business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and purchase orders with approved credit. Payment terms of Net 30 are available for established accounts.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We accept orders of any size — from a single filter bag to a full equipment package.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

We typically respond to quote requests within one business day. For urgent needs, call us directly at 1-888-287-3732.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Contact our sales team for quantity discounts on filter bags, PPE, field supplies, and other consumables.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada and the United States. Most in-stock items ship same day or next business day from our Montreal warehouse.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Typical transit times within Canada are 1–5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for urgent orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs depend on order size and destination. Contact us for a shipping estimate on your order.

Equipment Rentals

What equipment can I rent?

We rent gas detectors, water quality meters, particle counters, IAQ monitors, air sampling pumps, water level dataloggers, and more. See our full Equipment Rentals page for details.

What are your rental rates?

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates. Request a rental quote with your project dates and equipment needs, and we'll provide pricing within one business day.

Are rental instruments calibrated?

Yes. Every rental instrument is calibrated and tested before shipment. A current calibration certificate is included with each rental.

Where do you ship rental equipment?

We ship rentals across Canada and the United States with prepaid return labels included, and can quote international rentals on a project basis. Contact us with your dates, location, and equipment list.

Repair & Calibration

What instruments do you service?

We service gas detectors, water quality meters, air sampling pumps, particle counters, water level instruments, and more from all major manufacturers including RKI, Hanna, Solinst, BW Technologies, RAE Systems, and Ion Science. Learn more about our repair services.

How long do repairs take?

Most repairs and calibrations are completed within 5–10 business days. Rush service is available for urgent needs.

Do you offer loaner instruments?

Yes. Loaner instruments are available during repairs so you never have to pause your fieldwork.

Do you provide calibration certificates?

Yes. Every calibration includes a certificate for your compliance records.

Do you carry replacement parts and sensors?

Do you offer service in French?

Yes. ERE Inc. is fully bilingual — English and French. All departments provide service in both languages.
