ERE builds mobile water treatment systems in Canada for groundwater remediation, construction sites and industrial wastewater. Cage-mounted carbon and media units scale with flow: the WaterPods 45 (45 GPM) and WaterPods 75 (75 GPM), the three-vessel 3POD and the dual-vessel DualPods, then the WaterPod 500 (500 GPM, 600 ft³ of media in a 20 ft ISO frame) and the WaterBox 100, a self-contained plant in a 30 ft container (up to 200 GPM in parallel). For specific problems there are the Water Decanter for settling solids, the PH-200 for alkaline water, the VOCease air stripper and the Dulex multiphase extraction system.

Which system for my flow?

Up to 45 or 75 GPM, a WaterPods cage unit; for multi-stage treatment, the 3POD or DualPods with submersible pumps and a water meter included; for 100 to 200 GPM, the WaterBox 100 (two 4-bag stainless filter housings and four FRP tanks in one container); and up to 500 GPM, the WaterPod 500. Tell us the peak flow, not the average.

How do I treat alkaline water from concrete work?

With continuous pH adjustment. The PH-200 is designed by ERE for alkaline wastewater from construction sites, concrete operations and industrial processes: it doses acid automatically on a continuous flow, a submersible pump is included, and the acid is resupplied every 3 to 4 months.

What removes VOCs from groundwater?

Air stripping, followed by carbon if needed. The VOCease air stripper removes dissolved gases and VOCs such as BTEX, MTBE, TCE, PCE and H2S at up to 99.9% efficiency in a portable stainless steel system; see our air stripping guide.

What about free product (LNAPL) in the wells?

The Dulex multiphase extraction system extracts hydrocarbon product and groundwater together, creating a cone of depression around the well, on a skid with a NEMA 4 control panel. For separating oil from the extracted water, see oil/water separators.
