Overview

The OlioSep-Mini™ Oil/Water Separation Filtration System is a compact, portable, fully-automated unit for separating lighter oils from water. It combines particulate filtration, gravity oil/water separation, and ERE's UltraSorber™ dissolved-phase media polishing in a single wheeled package — ready to plug in and run.

How It Works

Oily water first passes through a particulate filter that removes solids down to 25 micron. It then enters the OlioSep™ separator, where lighter free oils float and are skimmed off. The remaining dissolved-phase hydrocarbons are polished by ERE's high-capacity UltraSorber™ Media Filtration Unit before clean effluent is transferred out — automatically managed by integrated level switches and alarms.
