Operation
1. Insert sampler into drum or tank
2. Pull up handle to lock in place
3. Remove sampler from tank
4. Push down on handle to release the sample
*Note: Can be used to sample at specific depth by closing the valve before inserting the sampler and opening the valve by pushing down on the handle to open the valve once the desired sampling depth has been reached.
