ERE Inc. supplies environmental instruments, industrial filtration and rental equipment to consultants, industry and municipalities across Canada, from our office and workshop in Saint-Léonard, Montréal. We're looking for a customer service representative to be the first voice our customers hear.
What you'll do
- Answer customer calls and emails in French and English.
- Prepare quotes and enter orders.
- Follow shipments and keep customers informed through to delivery.
- Work with our sales, workshop and shipping teams to get customers answers fast.
What we're looking for
- Bilingual French and English, spoken and written.
- Customer service experience, ideally with business or technical customers.
- Organized and careful with details: part numbers, quantities, delivery dates.
- Comfortable with computers. Experience with an ERP such as Odoo is an asset.
