Filter Bags
Our most popular filtration product. Sampson filter bags are available in a range of materials and micron ratings to match your process requirements.
- Nylon Monofilament (NMO) — Excellent chemical resistance, reusable, ideal for coatings and paints. Available from 5 to 1000 micron
- Polyester Felt — High dirt-holding capacity, excellent for general industrial filtration. Available from 1 to 200 micron
- Polypropylene Felt — Superior chemical resistance for acids, bases, and aggressive chemicals. Available from 1 to 200 micron
- Specialty Media — Oil-absorbing, activated carbon, antimicrobial, and high-temperature bags for demanding applications
Standard Sizes
- Size #1 — 7" x 16" (fits standard #1 housings)
- Size #2 — 7" x 32" (most common size)
- Size #3 — 4" x 8" (for smaller housings)
- Size #4 — 4" x 14" (for smaller housings)
- Custom sizes — Available on request for non-standard housings
Bag Filter Housings
- Single-bag housings — Carbon steel and stainless steel housings for #1 and #2 bags
- Multi-bag housings — 2, 4, 8, and 12-bag configurations for higher flow rates
- Duplex housings — Side-by-side housings for continuous operation during bag changes
- Lid styles — Swing bolt, davit arm, and quick-open for easy access
Cartridge Filters
- Pleated cartridges — High surface area for extended filter life. Polyester, polypropylene, and cellulose media
- Wound cartridges — String-wound polypropylene and cotton cartridges for sediment removal
- Melt-blown cartridges — Depth filtration for fine particle removal
- Carbon block cartridges — Chlorine, taste, odor, and organic compound removal
- Specialty cartridges — High-temperature, high-flow, and absolute-rated cartridges
