How the AirPod™ 5000 Works
The AirPod™ 5000 delivers 5000 CFM of air treatment capacity, drawing contaminated air through a tall cylindrical vessel packed with activated carbon or specialty media. The vessel geometry maximizes media contact time, allowing thorough adsorption of volatile contaminants before treated air is discharged.
Built entirely in 316 stainless steel, the system withstands aggressive chemical environments, acidic off-gas streams, and coastal salt air. The oversized media bed extends run times between changeouts, reducing long-term operating cost on high-volume treatment projects.
