How the H.Oil Interface Meter Works
The ⅝" detachable probe (IP68) is lowered on the Kynar™ coated tape. When it contacts a liquid interface, the electronic panel produces distinct audio and visual signals — differentiating floating product (LNAPL), sinking product (DNAPL), and water. A grounding lead and ergonomic vinyl grip support safe one-hand operation, and the unit runs on a 9V battery.
The meter is certified Intrinsically Safe (ATEx, IECEx, UKEx, c-QPS-us) for use in hazardous, classified areas. Tape is available in metric lengths from 20 m to 300 m; imperial (ft) tape models are also available.
