How the EvacuSol Soil Vapour Extraction System Works
ERE's EvacuSol Vapor Extraction Systems are designed for soil degassing and ventilation applications that require low-flow / high-vacuum capabilities. The system is applicable to the removal of volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds from the vadose zone. Vapors drawn are carried through vent ductwork to the outside atmosphere or a vapor treatment system.
Each unit is built around a regenerative blower with inlet / outlet plumbing, an air filter, an ambient air valve, vacuum gauges, a power disconnect and a thermal overload protection switch. Units are UL and CSA approved, conform to NEMA frame sizes, and are Explosion Proof, Division 1 & 2, Class 1 for Group D hazardous atmospheres.

- EvacuSol™ Reverse Manifold — converts an extraction well into a sparging point. Ideal for push-pull applications on the same well; includes a three-way valve assembly that converts an extraction well into a sparging point without any pipe change.
- Tornado™ Moisture Knock Out Unit — protects regenerative blowers from corrosion and mineralization damage. Uses high-efficiency cyclonic action with a check-ball system that prevents water entering the vacuum blower.
- EvacuSol™ Storage Aluminum Box — suits systems up to 2 HP; rugged aluminum construction with lifting handles, lockable, rubber isolator feet.

How is shipping charged?
On quotes and account orders, freight is F.O.B. Montréal: the carrier charge is worked out at shipment from the packed weight and dimensions, and added to your invoice. In-stock items can also be picked up the same day in Montréal (8605 rue du Champ-d'Eau).
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, with a return authorization number from customer service first. A 25% restocking fee applies, unless it is a defect covered by the warranty. Special orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases can't be returned. Return policy
