The Dräger X-zone 5800 turns an X-am 5000, 5100, 5600 or 5800 gas detector into a transportable area monitor for up to 6 gases. It has an internal pump, a 360° LED ring and a loud evacuation alarm, runs up to 120 hours on its 24 Ah battery and links wirelessly with up to 25 units to form a fenceline.
- Takes a Dräger X-am 5000, 5100, 5600 or 5800 detector (ordered separately) for up to 6 gases
- Internal pump draws samples through hoses up to 45 m (150 ft), 30 m (100 ft) in zone 0; switch to diffusion without tools
- 360° gas entry; the green LED status ring turns red on alarm
- Evacuation alarm over 108 dB at 1 m (120 dB at 30 cm)
- Up to 25 units interconnect wirelessly (915 MHz) as a fenceline and share alarms
- 24 Ah battery: up to 120 hours, a full work week; Power Supply Ex for continuous power in zone 0
- Alarm relay contact and Modbus output; ConHub gateway to Dräger Gas Detection Connect
- IP67; ATEX and IECEx approved for zone 0

How fast will I get a price?
Send the quote request and a specialist replies within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30 ET.
Can we pay on account or by purchase order?
Yes. With established credit, terms are Net 30 days, and you can send your purchase order with the quote request. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How is shipping charged?
On quotes and account orders, freight is F.O.B. Montréal: the carrier charge is worked out at shipment from the packed weight and dimensions, and added to your invoice. In-stock items can also be picked up the same day in Montréal (8605 rue du Champ-d'Eau).
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, with a return authorization number from customer service first. A 25% restocking fee applies, unless it is a defect covered by the warranty. Special orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases can't be returned. Return policy
Can ERE calibrate or repair it?
Yes. Our Montréal service shop calibrates and repairs it in-house. Request service
