The Dräger X-am 2800 is a 1 to 4 gas personal monitor for flammable gases and vapours, O2, CO, H2S, NO2 and SO2. It carries the shock-resistant CatEx SR sensor, sends its data by Bluetooth to Dräger Gas Detection Connect and, with the Dräger X-am Pump, also handles clearance measurement before confined space entry.
- Measures 1 to 4 gases: Ex (CatEx SR), O2, CO, H2S, NO2 or SO2
- CatEx SR sensor resists shocks and calibrates within seconds; set for methane, propane, hydrogen, nonane and more
- IP68 and drop tested above 2 m (6 ft); approved for Ex zone 0 and cCSAus Class I Div 1
- Oxygen channel with four alarm thresholds; red gas and yellow device alarm LEDs, horn over 90 dB at 30 cm
- Bluetooth 5.0 to Dräger Gas Detection Connect; works with the X-dock and the Bump Test Station
- Rechargeable NiMH power pack: about 12 hours with Bluetooth on, replaced with one screw
- Large buttons for gloved hands; the green D-light shows the unit is tested and ready
- Warranty: 4 years on the device, 5 years on the XXS O2, CO and H2S sensors

How fast will I get a price?
Send the quote request and a specialist replies within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30 ET.
Can we pay on account or by purchase order?
Yes. With established credit, terms are Net 30 days, and you can send your purchase order with the quote request. We also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
How is shipping charged?
On quotes and account orders, freight is F.O.B. Montréal: the carrier charge is worked out at shipment from the packed weight and dimensions, and added to your invoice. In-stock items can also be picked up the same day in Montréal (8605 rue du Champ-d'Eau).
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, with a return authorization number from customer service first. A 25% restocking fee applies, unless it is a defect covered by the warranty. Special orders, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases can't be returned. Return policy
Can ERE calibrate or repair it?
Yes. Our Montréal service shop calibrates and repairs it in-house. Request service
