Operations
1. Push the sampler into the product
2. Rotate handle to open up the slot
3. After leaving the sampler for several seconds to allow powder to enter, rotate handle to close the sampler.
4. Remove sampler
5. Slide the inner rod out of the outer tube
6. Deposit the sample into a suitable container
