It takes a sample at the point you start pulling the handle up. Transparent plastic construction means the sample can be easily viewed inside. It is ideal for  fast stratified liquid sampling

Operation
1. Lower the sampler to the required depth and then pull it out.
2. As the sampler is lowered both the top and bottom valve opens allowing liquid to flow through.
3. When you pull up the rope they valves close trapping the sample inside.
